Error description

In clearquest 8.0.0.12 and 8.0.1.5, attempting to log in to
CQWeb using an URL that includes the user credentials results in
the error:

ClearQuest login of user: This login is forbidden
CRMMD1223E The database &#034;SAMPL?format=HTML&#034; belonging
to the dbset &#034;8.0.0&#034; is not registered. Please first
make sure you entered the correct database name and the correct
dbset name, and then make sure the database and the dbset are
registered.

Other autologin URL's, such as viewing or submitting a record
work correctly

Problem conclusion

A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.13 and 8.0.1.6.
ClearQuest Web now allows you to automatically login using a URL
that includes the user credentials.
